O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the patta issued in favour of the third respondent.

3. The jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer is the authority competent to take a call in the matter. The petitioner is permitted to submit a formal petition or appeal before the jurisdictional Revenue Divisional Officer. As and when such an appeal is filed, the same will be disposed of on merits and in 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.13959 OF 2022 accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The Revenue Divisional Officer shall put all the interested persons including the private respondents on notice before passing final order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
