It is informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that, in paragraph Nos.3 and 4, instead of 'Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karaikal', it has been mentioned as 'Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karaikudi', and the same requires to be rectified in the order dated 19.08.2025 in W.P.(MD).No.14904 of 2025. It is further submitted that the decision to be arrived at by the lower Court is to be uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court. 3.
