O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to file the final report in Crime No.251 of 2018.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the official respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case in Crime No251 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections, 147, 294(b), 506(i) I.P.C., on 23.09.2018. He would further submit that subsequent to the registration of the case, no action has been taken by the respondent police and the investigation has not commenced sofar. The second respondent has not at all examined the witness , there is every possibility the accused in Crime No.251 of 2018, may tamper the witness, which is, prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that the case has been registered on 23.09.2018 and the respondents are proceeding with the investigation. He would further submit that the respondent police would also file a final report within three months from today.

5.Observing the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
