ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the order passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in C.No.R2/150/2017 dated 27.07.2017 whereby the petitioner was disqualified in the Endurance Test conducted by the 2nd respondent to quash the same as illegal. 2.The impugned order has been questioned on the ground that during physical efficiency test, the petitioner's performance in 1500 metres running event had not been measured properly, therefore, the impugned order is liable to be set aside. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Considering the said submission, this Court directed the learned Additional Advocate General to produce the videographs taken during selection to the aforementioned posts. 4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the videogrpahs in respect of performance of the petitioner in 1500 metres running event has been displayed before this Court in the presence of the petitioner and his counsel. The video clipping/recording shows that the petitioner was not able to run within 7 minutes, but completed 1500 metres running event in 07.04 minutes after the whistle was blown, hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, this Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
