ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 of IPC in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.11 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent on 23.06.2016 during the trial in C.C.No.11 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanniyakumari District.

Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Recording the above said undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
