ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.101 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent. 2.The short point on which this petition came to be filed is that the petitioner was not at all present in the place of occurrence. Only on that ground the first respondent may be directed to investigate the matter.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report is also made ready.

4.When the Final Report is made ready, the sole remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings.

5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned Court for his remedy. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
