ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide community certificate (Hindu Malaikuravar) to the petitioner, by considering his representation dated 08.02.2018.

2.The prayer in this Writ petition is only to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2018 for issuing Hindu Malaikuravar community certificate to him.

3.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2018 in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

regard to issuance of Hindu Malaikuravar community certificate, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
