Heard the learned counsel appearing for writ petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

2. The learned Government Pleader states that the license period of the fifth respondent had already expired. As of now the fifth respondent's license has not been renewed. If any renewal application is submitted, the authority proposes to consider the same. The petitioner would definitely be heard before doing so.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
