Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent/contemnor is present before this Court and it is contended that on account of present Covid-19 pandemic situation, the Sub-Inspector of Police, Alanganallur police Station could not file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court and that now the final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in C.C.No.17 of 2020.
