Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to survey and demarcate the land in S.No.493/1,2 and 3, to an extent of 25 1⁄4 cents, 38 1⁄4 cents and 81 1⁄2 cents respectively, situated at Oonchampatti village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, by considering the application of the petitioner dated 08.06.2017 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second and third respondents to survey and demarcate the land in S.No.493/1,2 and 3, to an extent of 25 1⁄4 cents, 38 1⁄4 cents and 81 1⁄2 cents respectively, situated at Oonchampatti village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, by considering his application dated 08.06.2017. 2.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property to an extent of 25 1⁄4 cents, 38 1⁄4 cents and 81 1⁄2 cents in S.No.493/1,2 and 3 respectively, situated at Oonchampatti https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

village, Theni Taluk and District and he has been possession and enjoyment of the same.

4.The petitioner would state that he submitted an application dated 08.06.2017 to the second respondent to survey and demarcate the said property. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition.

5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
