CRIME NO.81 OF 2018 ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14449 of 2018 dated 24/10/2018 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14449 of 2018 on 24.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14449 of 2018 on 24.10.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
