The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to register the sale deed in Service Industry Plot No.37 of Survey No.198 (part), Anuppanadi Village, Madurai District, on the basis of his representation, dated 10.04.2017.

2.Heard Mr.V.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
