ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned summons issued by the second respondent dated 23.05.2023, calling upon the petitioner for an enquiry based on the complaint given by respondent Nos.3 to 5.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner was only asked to come for an enquiry based on the complaint given by the private respondents and that the same has been put to challenge in this Writ Petition. That apart, oral instructions have been given to the effect that the enquiry was conducted and the parties were referred to the Civil Court to resolve their dispute and the complaint was closed.
3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
