Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner wants to put up fencing around her property. She is however being prevented from doing so by the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint. Seeking police protection, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out that the matter was enquired into and closed and the parties have been advised to move the jurisdictional civil court.
