Degree certificate in Mechanics to the petitioner whose Registration Number is 950912114303 through the fourth respondent college within the time to be fixed by this Court and to allow the petitioner to participate in the proposed convocation in the fourth respondent college fixed on 04.08.2017 by sending him a written invitation or invitation by phone and if this is not possible due to the shortage of time to conduct a supplementary Convocation in the fourth respondent college for the petitioner subsequently in any day within the time to be fixed by this Court and to allow to the petitioner to participate in the said supplementary convocation.
