ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that a construction of a building to locate Village Service Centre is being made on his patta land without there being any valid acquisition proceedings initiated against such land.

Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has approached the respondents 1 and 2 and filed a representation on 10.12.2015 and 08.08.2016. 2.It is seen from the proceedings of the second respondent dated 14.12.2015 that as directed by the second respondent, the third respondent has to conduct an enquiry and submit a report. It is stated that the third respondent has not conducted the enquiry so far.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and enquiry will be conducted as directed by the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court and report will be submitted to the second respondent accordingly. 4.Thus, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and send a report to the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such report from the third respondent, the second respondent will pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
