The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction directing the third respondent to disburse arrears of petitioner's salary from December 2015 onwards till July 2017 by implementing his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1660/A2/2015, dated 04.02.2016.
2.Heard Mr.D.Selvanayagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.The petitioner is working as a Headmistress in the Panchayat Union Elementary School, Panamangalam. While so, the grievance of the petitioner is that arrears of salary from December 2015 till July 2017 has not been paid by implementing proceedings Na.Ka.No.1660/A2/2015 dated 04.02.2016. Therefore, the petitioner has come to this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that if a representation is given to the respondents, the same would be considered.
6.Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to send a representation to the third respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
