For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.2 and 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A)a of IPC, in Crime No.13 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners in Cr.M.P.No.4047 of 2020 was allowed by the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai, on 30.09.2020. Thereafter, since the third accused in this case was has expired due to his illness, these petitioners were not able to execute sureties in time. 3.Since the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail earlier, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court, if any trouble arises in future.
