O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments alleged to have been made in S.No.624/1, 623 and 477, Kodaiyur Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur District.

2.The petitioner would point out that the second respondent had already called upon the third respondent by memorandum dated 20.09.2016 to enquire into the matter and submit a report. But, there was no follow up action. The petitioner therefore gave representations dated 24.07.2017 and 27.06.2017 to the first respondent.

3.We direct the third respondent to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, the same shall be removed after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers and by following statutory procedures. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
