ORDER:- This Tr cmp Petition coming on for orders on this date under the caption for Extension of time upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated.25/02/2019 and the requisition letter in D.No.799 dt.01/02/2021 submitted by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai and in the presence of Thiru.K.N.Govardhanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and No appearance for the respondent, this Court made the following order:This court directed the learned Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai to dispose of HMOP.No.930 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of records. Thereafter, at the request of the learned Judge, the time granted by this Court was extended for a period of three months. Now, the learned Judge has sought for further extension of time of two months.

2. Accepting the reasons stated by the learned Judge, two months time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to dispose of HMOP.No.930 of 2018.
