ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and resolved their issues among themselves. Based on the settlement reached between the parties, the said complaint was closed. A copy was also served to the parties. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
