Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to register the case against the proposed accused on the basis of the order in Crl.M.P.No.52 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022 passed by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Authoor, Dindigul District within a time stipulated by this Court and for other reliefs. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused on the basis of the order in Crl.M.P.No.52 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022 passed by the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Authoor, Dindigul District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a private complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Authoor, Dindigul District seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register a case on her complaint dated 20.12.2021. The learned Magistrate, by order dated 15.02.2022 in Cr.M.PNo.52 of 2022 directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, if necessary, F.I.R. is to be registered and send the report to the Court by 22.03.2022. But sofar, the respondent police has not investigate the case. Hence, she filed this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police have not received the said order copy so far from the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Authoor, Dindigul District.

4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on receiving the order in Cr.M.P.No.52 of 2022, dated 15.02.2022 from the learned Magistrate, the second respondent is hereby directed to comply with the direction of the learned Magistrate and to register a case and investigate the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
