ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order RFL/Surandai/Book 2/9, dated 28.03.2025, passed by the 1st respondent in refusing to register the sale deed submitted before the 1st respondent herein and to quash the same, consequently, to direct the 1st respondent herein to register the sale deed, dated 15.11.2024, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The prayer in the writ petition has already been granted by the respondents. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
