This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.192 of 2019 in A.S.No.43 of 2018 in O.S.No.6 of 2010, dated 27.01.2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the revision petition has been infructuous in view of the fact that it arose out of A.S.No.43 of 2018 and the said appeal suit was disposed of on 09.03.2021. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P (MD)No.5669 of 2020 is closed.
