ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary protection to the petitioner and his family members for life and his limbs by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 11.06.2022 and 20.06.2022, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent illegally trespassed into the property belongs to the petitioner with some peoples and abused him in filthy language and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner has sent a representations, dated 11.06.2022 and 20.06.2022 to the respondents seeking police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry is pending on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same 2/4

will be considered by the respondents.

4.Recording the same, the respondents police is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2022 and 20.06.2022, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
