The learned counsel for the petitioner by relying upon Para No.2 of the counter affidavit dated 09.10.2017 of the second respondent contends that the cause of action for filing the present writ petition does not arise within the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court and sought permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition at the Principal Seat. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the submissions and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the Principal Seat within a period of two weeks from today. The respondent shall not give effect to the impugned order till 06.11.2017. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
