This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from third respondent to fourth respondent and to take necessary action based on complaint and CSR No. 453/2020 dated 07.10.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that at the stage of CSR No.453 of 2020, the petitioner and counter party entered into compromise and it has been recorded in Crl.OP(MD) No.13420 of 2020 dated 26.11.2021.
