ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.57 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after investigation the said case has been closed as mistake of fact and the closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam.
