Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the Employees Provident Fund Tribunal had granted stay until further orders of the operation of the order passed under Section 7A of EPF & MP Act. Since the petitioner has already invoked the appeal remedy and his rights have already been protected till the disposal of the appeal, adjudication of the present writ petition for the same cause of action, would not be appropriate. 2.Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
