..Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the educational loan of Rs.4,00,000/- to the petitioner's daughter namely Sushma for pursuing her B.E Course at K.Ramakrishna Engineering College, Samayapuram, Trichy District within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner's daughter namely Sushma for pursuing her B.E studies at K.Ramakrishna Engineering College, Samayapuram, Trichy District.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. By consent, the Writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Mr.R.Ponkarthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner requires Rs.5,13,400/- as loan from the respondent to complete the B.E. Course of the petitioner's daughter. Since the respondent had insisted to furnish immovable property as security, the petitioner restricted the loan to Rs.4,00,000/-, however the respondent has not considered the application of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner comes with the

proper application restricting the loan amount to Rs.4,00,000/-, the respondent is ready to consider the application, as per the norms.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach the respondent with a fresh application within period of two weeks and on such receipt the respondent shall consider the same and pass orders on merits within a period of four weeks there from.

6. With above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
