O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 and 15.06.2017 to reduce the house tax from the previous paid amount to the petitioner and to follow the yearly once system.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the respondent Corporation has erroneously fixed the new house tax amount as per Corporation Order No.188 dated 35.05.2012 and has also wrongly calculated the tax amount in respect of the house of the petitioner. The petitioner, by pointing out all these discrepancies, made a representation on 22.05.2017 to the respondent, followed by a reminder dated 15.06.2017, but the same has not been considered so far by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
