ORDER

While the petitioner's claim, for medical reimbursement of the expenses incurred by her daughter for the treatment of Laparoscopic para ovarian cystectomy with detorsion and Bivalving left ovary, under the New India Insurance Scheme, is now said to be pending before the District Level Empowered Committee (DLEC), it would be appropriate to direct the DLEC to dispose of the same expeditiously.

2.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2, to dispose of the pending medi-claim of the petitioner, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
