When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent was called upon for enquiry and he did not turn up for enquiry. Therefore, the first respondent Police arrested the second respondent and remanded him in custody. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 2.On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that the first respondent police arrested the second respondent on 05.12.2020.

Crl. R.C.(MD)No.614 of 2020 3.Since the prayer sought for in this petition was already fulfilled, the matter has become infructuous. In the above circumstances, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
