ORDER

The petitioner / A4 in Crime No.20 of 2022, with a grievance that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur has not taken the final report on file, which was filed on 05.08.2024, has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur to complete the trial at the earliest.

2.Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court has called a report from the Court concerned. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur has filed a report dated 12.06.2025 stating that the case in Crime No.20 of 2022 was registered as against six persons. The final report was filed only as against five persons. The deletion report filed as against the remaining person was numbered as CrMP No.4201 of 2024 and notice was issued to the defacto complainant 2/4

for his objections, if any. Though the defacto complainant had received the notice and entered appearance on 29.08.2024, he had not filed any objections. Subsequently it has been closed on 20.06.2025 and final report has been taken on file in CC.No.90 of 2025. 3.Since the final report is taken on file, recording the above report of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur, dated 12.06.2025, this criminal original petition is closed.
