.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the order passed in No.D01377-Sa10-ONaP-ThaAPoKaTvl-17 dated 12.07.2017 and quash the same.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the impugned suspension order issued in No.D01377-Sa10-ONaPThaAPoKaTvl-17 dated 12.07.2017. The petitioner was working in the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation as Driver.

2. This Court is unable to entertain the Writ Petition, as the petitioner has got effective and better alternative remedy of approaching the Labour Court as per the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Labour Court and workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
