The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the tender notification which has been challenged in this writ petition has been cancelled as per the order dated 20.12.2021, issued by the second respondent. The same is recorded. After recording the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement made by the learned Government Advocate in this matter. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to participate in any new tender to be called for by the second respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
