Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent vide Na.Ka.A2/1336/2020 dated 14.07.2020 and consequential registration of impugned sale deed vide document No.R/Manapparai/Book 1/4617/2020 dated 10.09.2020 registered by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the third respondent to delete the entries relating to the above document from the 'A' Register maintained in the office of the third respondent.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.07.2020 passed by the fourth respondent and consequential registration of impugned sale deed vide document No.R/Manapparai/Book 1/4617/2020 dated 10.09.2020 registered by the third respondent and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to delete the entries relating to the above document from the 'A' Register maintained in the office of the third respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the written instructions received from the fourth respondent was placed before this Court. On going through the same, it is seen that the impugned proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 14.07.2020 has been withdrawn. That apart, it is also brought to the notice of this Court that three suits are now pending between the rival parties in O.S.No.144 of 2020 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Manaparai filed by the petitioner along with two others, O.S.No.154 of 2021 filed by the sixth respondent before the Sub Court, Manaparai and O.S.No.431 of 2020 filed by the petitioner before the Sub Court, Manaparai. It was further brought to the notice of this Court that steps have already been taken to try all the suits together before the same Court.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. It is made clear that it is left open to the parties to raise all issues before the civil Court and the same will be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
