ORDER
The learned counsel for the respondent states that pursuant to the order of eviction passed by the learned Rent Controller and there being no interim order granted by the appellate authority, the landlord has proceeded to take delivery of possession through Court process and therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the present civil revision petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also admit the fact that the revision petitioner has already been dispossessed in the manner known to law.
3. Recording the submission of both counsels, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
