To call for the records relating to the impugned judgment dt. 05.03.2024 made in C. A N. 48 of 2022 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai confirming the judgment of conviction, dt. 29.06.2022 and made in STC No. 191 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, (Fast Track Court 1/3

at Judicial Magisrate Level) Madurai, set aside the samd and allow this Criminal Revision case.
