The above petitions have been filed seeking orders to amend the name of the 16th respondent as Grace Annabackiyam instead of P.Mooki.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 17 to 19.

3. It is evident from the records that notice sent to the 16th respondent returned as refused on the ground name differs. Hence, the present petitions are filed.

4. Considering the above, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. After making amendments, issue notice to the respondents 3, 4, 11, 14, 15 and 16 in the second appeal returnable by 23.01.2026. Private notice is also permitted.

5. Post the main appeal on 23.01.2026.
