ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) This Habeas Corpus petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to secure the petitioner's daughter viz., Abinaya, aged 19 years and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's daughter viz., Abinaya, who is studying at Imayam Arts and Science College, has gone to college on 01.12.2018. However, she did not return to home. On enquiry, the petitioner came to know that the third respondent had kidnapped her daughter. Hence, on 02.12.2018 the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the 2nd respondent. Since no action has been taken so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the present petition.
3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue is produced before this Court. When we enquired, she stated that due to love affairs with the third respondent, she went along with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the third respondent on her own volition. She further stated that she married the third respondent in a Temple and she also expressed her unwillingness to go with the mother.
4.In view of the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
