This Writ petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents police not to interfere with the dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent regarding the sale agreement dated 12.06.2014 and the construction agreement dated 19.03.2014 in respect of the property situated in T.S.No.2662/2, 2663/1 bearing Plot Nos.19 and 20, East Raja Street, Pudukkottai and the building situated at Kalaivanar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the complaint received from the third respondent against the petitioner was enquired into and closed. Hence, he submitted that the Writ Petition need not be entertained and the same may be closed. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the closure report and the same was handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
