Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8, on the basis of the petition submitted by the petitioner dated 22.07.2017 and on the basis of the guidelines issued by the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari case reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 8, who are the police personnels working in Puliyangudi Police Station, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.07.2017.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has given a complaint before the sixth respondent police against her cobrother and others, since they are interfering with the civil right. After receiving the complaint, the respondents 6 to 8 not even proceeding with the complaint. In the above circumstances, she made a representation to the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the respondents 6 to 8. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a crime has been registered in Crime No.387 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 324 and 355 of I.P.C. and the investigation is pending. Likewise, another complaint given against the petitioner was also registered by the respondent police.
4. Considering the fact that already the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and a crime has also been registered, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
