O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to postpone the Tender dated 09.08.2017 by publishing the Tender Notification required in the light of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act for Shop Nos.4, 5 and 6 of Anna Bus Stand, Nagercoil Municipality, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has fairly submitted

that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, as a fresh notification is going to be issued by the third respondent shortly. The said submission is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
