3.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner so far, the question of granting anticipatory bail to him may not arise. The petitioner can workout his remedy in accordance with law, if any trouble arises during the course of investigation. Let the enquiry be continued by following the process of conciliation etc. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
