The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 26.04.2025 by permitting the petitioner to run the society Pearl Power Recreation Club situated at 2/A, Sivakkollai 1st street, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District within the time frame fixed by this Court.
