Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to construct the proposed site museum in the name and style of "Aadhicha Nallur Site Museum" in bearing survey number 347/2, 347/4 and 347/5 and total extent as 4 Acres 50 cents and which is situated at Puliyankulam Hamlet, Karunkulam revenue village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner representation dated 10.03.2022 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.] In the opinion of this Court, there is absolutely no Public Interest involved in this. The decision to locate the museum in a particular place is a policy decision of the Government and this Court cannot direct the Government to establish the museum in a particular place as desired by the

petitioner.

2. In the result, this petition is devoid of merits and accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
