The petitioner is sole accused in Crime No.109 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thandikudi Police Station, Dindigul District, and he filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the case in Crime No.109 of 2021 which was filed for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.04.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 18.04.2023. 3.Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
