No appearance (in both W.Ps) COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to forbear the respondents from anyway insisting upon the petitioners to pass Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for their employment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent School based on the proceedings issued by the third respondent, dated 01.03.2017. 2.When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petitions, the Government has decided to conduct TRB examination and the petitioners can very well participate in the examination and produce the necessary certificates to the authorities concerned.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4, these Writ Petitions are closed leaving it open to the authorities concerned to consider such claim on production of such certificates for consideration. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
