This petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for committing contempt for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9670 of 2019, dated 06.12.2022. 2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondents.

4.The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the above order. 5.In view of the above, the contempt is not made out. Hence, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
